I created this blog as a space to explore what it truly means to live a balanced life—from the inside out. Here, you’ll find reflections on yoga, meditation, astrology, wellness routines, and lifestyle tools to help you feel more connected to yourself and the world around you.
My journey began over 14 years ago with a quiet curiosity about yoga and mindfulness. What started as a self-guided practice grew into something much deeper: a lifelong passion for health, healing, and self-discovery. I’m a certified yoga teacher with a love for traditional forms, aerial yoga, and guided visualization. Along the way, I’ve studied psychology, biology, and now astrology—always with the goal of understanding what helps us feel whole, resilient, and inspired.
I believe a balanced life isn’t about perfection—it’s about flow. It’s about learning to adapt, to grow, and to meet each season of life with grace. Whether I’m journaling under the moon, meditating with my pups nearby, or sipping coffee during a morning ritual (yes—I have a coffee tattoo and I’m proudly from the PNW!), I’m always looking for ways to root deeper while reaching for more.
